Each adult applying should fill in their own application.
All kinds of income are welcome — wages, Centrelink, pensions, child support or a mix. Tell us what you receive so we can see the rent is affordable for you.
First time renting, or been living with family or friends? That's completely fine — leave the addresses blank and tell us about it in the box at the bottom.
Two people who aren't family and can vouch for you — for example a past landlord, employer, support or case worker, teacher, coach or community leader.
Pet by-laws / park rules apply at the property: Not applicable
Photos taken on your phone (JPG, PNG, HEIC) or PDFs are fine, up to 5 MB each.
Take a clear photo of each side, with all four corners showing and nothing covered.
Passports don't have a back — this one is optional.
